Across banks, market infrastructures and asset managers. Some clients come to us to decide. Others come to us to build.
Engagement type :
A GCC Commercial Bank
Group Digital Assets Strategy
The bank had several on-chain initiatives already running across different asset classes, with a dedicated digital assets team being structured and a commercial rollout planned. What was missing was a single strategic direction unifying these initiatives at board level.
We conduct stakeholder interviews across product, IT, legal, compliance and digital assets teams, benchmark against international peers, and formulate the top-down strategic framework: mission, ambition, guardrails and target operating model, together with build, buy or partner orientations and the governance model.
A management-committee-ready strategic direction that gives coherence to initiatives already in motion, anchored in the local regulatory framework, and that scopes the deeper work ahead.
A European Banking Group
The group had built a broad inventory of candidate digital asset use cases spanning settlement, tokenization, stablecoins and digital identity. The challenge was no longer ideation but selection: identifying which use cases combined business value, technical feasibility, regulatory tractability and time to market.
We apply a structured filtering methodology that narrows a wide inventory down to a short, actionable list. Use cases are scored on criteria weighted jointly with the client, then clustered to identify shared infrastructure, and finally sequenced across near, medium and long-term horizons.
A prioritized and sequenced roadmap with a quantified business case per use case, presented as an executive recommendation supporting investment committee endorsement.
A GCC Market Infrastructure Group
The group had proven technical feasibility through a proof of concept and defined its ambition across several asset classes. The question was no longer whether to tokenize, but how to scale: governance, cross-border reach, accounting treatment, and the positioning of digital settlement infrastructure at national level.
We assess each workstream on a common grid covering maturity, dependencies, technical readiness, business case and regulatory tractability, challenge the architectural and commercial choices already made, and apply a structured scoring framework calibrated with the client to determine sequencing.
A decision-grade recommendation on where to start, in what order and why, built to support investment committee and board endorsement.
A GCC Market Infrastructure Group
The bank had established its core platform foundations and shortlisted a set of blockchain protocols, but needed independent validation before committing to an architecture that would carry tokenized deposits, stablecoin payment flows and tokenized treasury.
We provide vendor-agnostic evaluation of the shortlisted protocols against each defined use case, design the target architecture and its integration patterns with existing legacy systems, identify technical, operational and regulatory risks, and establish the architectural governance framework.
A documented, defensible basis for protocol and architecture selection, with Denara supporting implementation alongside the bank’s teams and selected vendors.
A Global Asset Management Group
The asset manager wanted to bring a money market fund on-chain, with institutional investors able to subscribe, hold and redeem tokenized units under the same regulatory and operational standards as the traditional share class
We covered the full chain: fund structuring and distribution strategy, the smart contract and permissioned token model, the institutional onboarding, custody and settlement model for tokenized units, and the regulatory and cross-border distribution positioning.
The tokenized money market fund was delivered and is live in production.
